Our Proposals

Little Paradise will be a development of around 329 one and two bedroom apartments for rent.

We will be offering long-term, high-quality secure tenancies, providing high standard homes for as long as occupiers wish to live here. Typically our tenants stay for three or more years.

We will not only build the homes, but we will continue to own the whole development and manage it into the foreseeable future… so we are here for the long-term.

The scheme would be very well managed; we have more than 20 years’ experience of building and managing rented apartments around the UK. This will include onsite staff 24/7, to look after the buildings, open spaces and public realm between the buildings – and support our tenants.

We are aiming to design and build very efficient and highly sustainable homes, which will bring energy cost savings for our residents.
